ok, spent ages replying then lost it...so will try again. You dinner looks very yummy...and the photos are fab. Still look rather cool...temp wise I mean! Hope you managed to get to Sacre Coeur & St Chapelle...but avoided the ghosts at the conciergerie. And did you see the Moets at L'orangerie?? That was meant to be Monets.. Just made pumpkin ricotta and chicken with homemmmmade canneloni...in oven as i write! Mothers' Day today - we did brunch at Peppermill - of course! Weather turning to shite. a bientot
Sacre Coeur is on the list for today. Sainte Chapelle later in the week. We have a specific list of alternate activities for Monday when many things are shut. Same for L'Orangerie - later in the week. Today is all about Montmartre... probably.
It was actually really warm yesterday - there was a cold wind in places, but it was sunny all day and lovely to be out and about. When we get round to uploading pics from G's camera you'll get a better idea (hopefully).
The longer forecast is not as good, but we'll wait and see as Paris has outperformed all predictions so far.
We are loving Paris, but our starts are getting slower - perhaps that means the holiday is starting to take hold... Also, we seem to have stopped waking up at 3am which is excellent...
If the comments box is "buggy" try writing the comment in the notes app and then pasting it in - saves heartbreak when the whole lot freezes or disappears - it's done that to me a bit too
